Although aspiring leaders would have basic knowledge on what they should expect when they gain a leadership role, it is highly likely that they will not be fully aware of their responsibilities. When they take the test and read its contents, they will be able to assess what they should expect and prepare for, should they push through with a certain position. It is going to be reassuring, as aspiring leaders can contemplate whether those responsibilities found on the test, are things that they can handle themselves.

Remember that having a failure of a leader is like sentencing your organization to death.
